Dr. Ruben Gonzalez, pianist, teacher, and Fulbright Scholar is the founder and president of The Piano Companion® LLC, a company committed to helping you make music. He developed the Piano Companion Piano Method, a unique piano methodology, based on his lifelong teaching and performing experience.
His development as a performer and as a teacher have been recognized throughout his professional life. Following his doctoral studies at the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music, he was awarded a Fulbright Grant to Venezuela, where he developed the piano requirements for a music education degree at one of the country’s state universities.
